Terms & Conditions – Community Photos

  • Community Photo Fee
    • Community photo fees are charged in addition to the property photo package.
    • Fees are non-refundable and apply regardless of whether all requested areas can be photographed.
  • Coverage Area
    • Community features must be within 1 mile of the subject property.
  • Client Responsibilities
    • Provide a list of the specific community features to be photographed (e.g., entry gate, park, pool, clubhouse, fitness center, golf course).
    • Provide clear locations or directions if the features are not visible between the community entry and the subject property.
    • Arrange in advance for any keys, codes, or HOA approvals required for access to gated or restricted areas.
  • Limitations
    • The photographer will make best efforts to capture usable photos of all requested features.
    • Certain conditions may prevent ideal photos, including but not limited to: lack of access (e.g., gated areas, security restrictions, missing keys/codes), people actively using facilities such as pools or fitness centers, or unclear location information.
    • In such cases, the feature may not be photographed as requested, or the photographer may capture only partial or alternative views. No refunds will be issued.
  • Time on Location
    • Community photo fees cover the photographer’s additional time required for these requests.
    • The photographer may wait briefly (up to 5 minutes) for access but cannot remain on-site indefinitely.
    • Return visits or re-shoots of community features are not included and would require a new booking.
